What should a new client know about working with you?
Prior to focusing on her Mental Health Counseling career, Casey pursued a love for movement as a professional modern dancer in New York City. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from The University of the Arts in Philadelphia. Her journey continued as she completed her Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) 200-Hour Certification with Yoga Alliance and honed in on therapeutic mindfulness. Her personal experiences piqued her interest in how people choose to move throughout the world, how positive coping strategies can unlock higher functioning, and the importance of a healthy mind.

Casey made me feel heard - Infelt much lighter after speaking with her and would recommend her as a therapist.
I really appreciate the professionalism and how welcomed and ccomfortable I felt.
