What should a new client know about working with you?
Nicole enjoys utilizing telehealth in her work with clients providing them with easier access and greater flexibility for their individualized therapeutic care. Nicole has experience working with adults at various life stages who are struggling with different types of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use disorders. She is excited to expand her horizons and work with both familiar and new populations.

Nicole is great. I was a little bit hesitant coming into therapy thinking I had to discuss all my past issues and trauma, but she made me feel really comfortable and we really do just focus on the present day because I don’t really want to focus too much on the past and really wanna work on how I’m dealing with current stuff now, but we still sometimes do discuss past issues if they relate to what’s going on now which I really appreciate. I’m currently doing cognitive behavior therapy and trying to focus on fixing how I perceive things and it’s working. I’m doing well.. I highly recommend!
I worked with Nicole for some time. She is very engaging and helpful in targeting reoccurring habits and emotions that limit the healing process. While being in her care, I was able to reflect on past events that burdened me and change perspectives. The work helped me tremendously build new strategies to navigate my daily life. I am forever grateful for Nicole.
