Alex Valentine, MA, LMHC-D, is a New York State Licensed Mental Health Counselor holding the Diagnostic Privilege License who is a cherished member of the senior clinical team at Dr. Fallon’s Practice. Alex is the Senior Director of Clinical Excellence and Quality Management and she is also a highly respected Clinical Supervisor.

 

Alex earned her MA in Applied Psychology and Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness from New York University, Steinhardt School of Culture, Education and Human Development and her BA in Sociology from New York University, College of Arts and Science.

Alex has well over fifteen years of experience in leadership and clinical supervision roles in the field of mental health. It is with this diverse background and impressive skill set along with her compassionate, kind, and caring demeanor that Alex approaches her broad leadership role and her role as a Clinical Supervisor at Dr. Fallon’s Practice.

Alex is a firm believer that every individual should be treated with compassion and empathy, and that strength is at the root of every struggle. These deeply rooted beliefs inform Alex’s approach to her clinical work as well as her administrative and leadership responsibilities.
