Prior to becoming a therapist, Danielle spent her formative years as a competitive dancer - an experience that shaped her discipline, resilience, and her mind-body awareness. She also worked in the fitness industry, helping those learn how to live a healthy lifestyle and challenge themselves to reach their full potential. With this background, Danielle understands the pressures of high performance on both a physical and psychological level. She enjoys helping clients and athletes strengthen their mental performance, manage perfectionism, and build sustainable well-being.

While in a session with Danielle, you can expect a warm and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel both seen and heard. In a collaborative manner, her goal is to lead clients to feel empowered to take control of their lives. She is committed to helping each person develop a deeper understanding of themselves, build resilience, and move toward a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.
