Isabella takes a holistic, integrative approach to care, viewing emotional well-being through the interconnected lenses of mind, body, and personal values. Her work is grounded in person-centered and goal-oriented therapy, thoughtfully integrating evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, somatic interventions, and creative, art-based techniques. She strives to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore challenges, deepen self-understanding, and work toward meaningful and sustainable change.

Isabella believes therapy should feel both supportive and empowering, and she is committed to walking alongside clients as they move toward greater balance, resilience, and fulfillment in their lives.
