Are you a current client?

Clients of Dr. Fallon’s Practice are asked to use the client portal to communicate with our therapists about scheduling, rescheduling, and for any other non-urgent reasons by clicking on the link below.

Are you a new client?

If you would like to use your health insurance please email support@drfallonspractice.com with photos of the front and back of your health insurance card and the front of your photo ID. Insurance requires us to verify the information on your photo ID matches the info on your policy.
