Her approach integrates evidence-based approaches such as Internal Family Systems, Psychodynamic Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, all through a culturally sensitive and trauma-informed lens. Drawing from her own journey of personal growth, she deeply values the transformative power of authentic connection, somatic awareness, and mindfulness practices to foster a deeper relationship with the true self.
For those considering therapy, Anooha celebrates this important step and she feels it would be an honor to support clients on their healing journey.
