Another passion of Nicole's is working with athletes. Being a Division Three athlete herself, Nicole understands the physical and mental demands of being an athlete and the pressures that come along with it. Nicole will use this knowledge to help athletes achieve overall mental well-being.

Nicole works from a person-centered/strength-based, CBT, and DBT perspective to help her clients enhance their life satisfaction and fulfillment. By assisting her clients in recognizing and nurturing their inherent strengths, challenging their negative thinking patterns, and learning to accept things they cannot change they can build upon those skills and more easily access them in the pursuit of their goals.
