Abby has experience working with those who struggle with eating disorders, depression, and anxiety disorders. A focus of our therapeutic work will be to redefine your goals and values, build confidence, and increase coping skills. Abby’s approach to therapy and relationship building with her clients is grounded in her dedication to creating a comfortable and safe therapeutic space for her clients, which is crucial to helping them foster a deep understanding of themselves. Abby is excited about helping clients understand their narratives while also helping them to reduce their emotional distress. Her style is warm, empowering, and practical.

Abby draws from both Narrative Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to empower clients to create new life paths. Through a multicultural approach, she works with clients of diverse backgrounds who struggle with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and identity to achieve their goals.
