What should a new client know about working with you?
Do you long for a space where you can explore your identity without fear of judgment? Are you facing challenges in relationships, whether monogamous, open, or polyamorous? Do you often feel consumed by worry, unable to quiet racing thoughts? Has an experience left you feeling stuck, as though past pain still lingers in your body and mind? You don’t have to navigate these struggles alone. In your work together, Alejandra will challenge and empower you, hold space for both grief and joy, and help you develop greater insight, coping skills, resilience, and self-compassion

Alejandra was great, she is fluent in English and Spanish. We addressed what was necessary on my first appointment. Excited for what we can accomplish.
