What should a new client know about working with you?
New clients can expect a collaborative, supportive, and non judgmental space where they feel heard and respected. I approach therapy with curiosity, compassion, and respect for each person’s unique experiences, goals, and pace. I work with both individuals and couples, and I bring a sex therapy informed lens that supports open, shame reducing conversations about intimacy, communication, desire, boundaries, and values, always guided by consent and emotional safety. Together, we’ll build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful, sustainable change.
