What should a new client know about working with you?
For me, therapy is about creating a space where you can truly be yourself—no judgment, no expectations, just understanding. I believe growth happens when we embrace who we are, and I’m here to help you do that. Using a mix of humanistic, multicultural, and evidence-based approaches, I aim to support you in feeling safe, valued, and empowered to explore all aspects of your life.
