Great communication and easy app through the practice! Looking forward to my next appointment!

Nicole is great. I was a little bit hesitant coming into therapy thinking I had to discuss all my past issues and trauma, but she made me feel really comfortable and we really do just focus on the present day because I don’t really want to focus too much on the past and really wanna work on how I’m dealing with current stuff now, but we still sometimes do discuss past issues if they relate to what’s going on now which I really appreciate. I’m currently doing cognitive behavior therapy and trying to focus on fixing how I perceive things and it’s working. I’m doing well.. I highly recommend!

Nicole was such a lovely therapist to have. She is an amazing listener and a prolific note-taker. She will not miss a beat! You can trust your words with her and know that she will always follow along. I loved how she was always willing to shift and move based on my needs. Sometimes I needed someone to just listen and other times I needed someone to push against me and she always complied! She is on time always and I place a lot of trust in her. I highly recommend her! The commitments she helped me set, I STILL do which is a testament to her impact! Thank you Nicole!

I worked with Nicole for some time. She is very engaging and helpful in targeting reoccurring habits and emotions that limit the healing process. While being in her care, I was able to reflect on past events that burdened me and change perspectives. The work helped me tremendously build new strategies to navigate my daily life. I am forever grateful for Nicole.
