What should a new client know about working with you?
Relocating from New Hampshire to New York City has been a meaningful transition in my life, one that brings a new perspective to my work and a deep understanding for navigating change and supporting you in your own novel experiences. I am an outgoing and collaborative clinician who is compassionate and driven to support clients where they are in their life circumstances, and I use humor and light conversation to build rapport and create strong therapeutic relationships. I emphasize client autonomy and will not pressure or force anyone into work they are not ready for. I am strength-based and tend to focus on how clients can use their strengths to make progress toward their goals, encouraging and motivating them through change. I am not afraid to go deep, explore hard situations, or have hard conversations. I see myself as a balanced clinician who can be comforting while also challenging clients when appropriate.
