Arianna Zarro, MA, MHC-LP, NCC is a Mental Health Counselor (Limited Permit) who completed her Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling at Hofstra University. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from St. Joseph’s College. With a strong educational background and a range of clinical experiences, Arianna brings authenticity, compassion, and a deep sense of empathy to her work


What should a new client know about working with you?
Arianna takes a collaborative and individualized approach to therapy, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT). She has had the opportunity to provide support and therapy to adults across private practice and higher levels of care. Arianna has experience supporting clients through anxiety, depression, eating disorders, grief, life transitions, self-esteem, and body image. She supports clients in exploring their sense of self, improving relationship patterns, and understanding how family dynamics have shaped their experiences.
